Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. In such cases, we will notify you via email.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times vary based on location and shipping method selected:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day

Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. International Shipping
We currently ship to select international destinations. Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on the destination. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.

5. Damages & Lost Packages
We are not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen packages. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Retain all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
